I’ve changed to be on the desktop surface instead of merging this in with the suggestion for our web shared prototype.

I’m leaving this open for now, but if you’re interested in using color swatches from Photoshop and Illustrator, you can export them to a CC Library and use them in the Assets Panel directly within XD. Hope that helps!

Can you tell us more about how you’d like this to work? Do you want XD to export image assets and insert them directly into the correct folders/filenames in an existing Xcode project? Or do you want XD to generate Objective-C / Swift code to create a brand new Xcode project?

Hey Ryan! Definitely something I’ve been looking for as well!
I can safely say this is a feature we’d all like to see in XD.

Hi Kieran,
Thanks for your feedback! This feature is already in our backlog – not sure when it will arrive, but we’re aware of the need for it.
Regards,

I think it would be great to create a preference setup much like Illustrator or Photoshop or InDesign, etc. Basically, leverage what you know from other Adobe products and integrate into XD. I would say, not just look at this for one category, but you can cover a whole host of categories with this. I do think this needs more detail in terms of exactly what goes into the preferences. But there are multiple feature requests that can be resolved with preferences for all the categories (01-09). You really need to step up the game as your competitors are way ahead of you, and put into question why I should pay $52.99/month when others are about that for one year and in InVisions case, they are a free app that is what you wish you could be. I do love abode, but it seems like they aren't paying much attention to their users.
