We announced CC Spaces in XD today at Adobe MAX! In a space, all members will share ownership of the document, which means people leaving an organization won’t impact your workflow. More details to come!

An error occurred while saving the comment At first glance this sounds very similar to https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353007/suggestions/13057005-export-artboards-or-entire-project-as-html ...but I think what you're asking for here is more about *manually* attaching your own HTML/CSS code to parts of the XD design -- not asking for XD to automatically generate HTML/CSS for you like that other suggestion is requesting, right?
I'll adjust the title here to make that distinction more clear.
You may also want to upvote https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353007/suggestions/32679022-annotate-parts-of-the-design-publish-annotations, which is a very similar (but more generic) feature request.

An error occurred while saving the comment The "pattern library" of colors & text styles mentioned in the original request here should be covered by XD's Design Specs pretty well at this point -- please file new requests for any specific pieces of functionality that are missing there.
I'm going to change the title here to focus just on annotations, which seems to be what most comments here have been about anyway.

I’ve tweaked the title so it covers only exporting animation to GIF format. This will help keep our feature list fine-grained so we can get a better picture of which are the most important.
For the other formats that were originally mentioned here:
- Export animation as a video — exporting to MOV (QuickTime) is supported now, via the Record button in the Preview window. If you need to save in a different video format, please file a new suggestion with details.
- Export animation as HTML/CSS/JS — please upvote https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353007/suggestions/13198020-export-html-css-animation-code
- Export animation as Flash SWF — please file a new suggestion if you need to export to this format.

An error occurred while saving the comment This may be a combination of parallax scrolling (https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353007/suggestions/12942750-parallax-and-other-effects-while-scrolling) and microinteraction animations (https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353007/suggestions/12869229-animation-support-microinteractions)
An error occurred while saving the comment Are you asking about the header that appears automatically in the sharing view, or headers that you have created as part of your design? The headers that sharing view adds should already disappear as soon as the user interacts with your prototype (either scrolling, or tapping).

I’m going to leave this one open, but please note that you can do this already using auto-animate and the time trigger.

It sounds like you are either asking for:
A) Separate "pages," one for components and one for your main screens: https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353007/suggestions/13958565-multiple-pages-separate-sets-of-artboards
B) Or just a "sticker sheet" view to organize all your master components in one nice view. You can already create this manually in XD, or expand the Assets panel to see an automatically-generated list of all components.
