    I’ve updated this idea with the specific callouts for height/width support and addressing the color shift. It’s possible we might need to split this story up in the future, but I’m leaving it this way for now.

    I'm not sure about seeing the interaction link lines in design mode but moreover perhaps some way of holding a key on the keyboard and all lines are shown whilst that key is held..?

    Any feedback on this Adobe, would save colour errors or constantly clicking the same swatch over and over again just to be sure it's the right one...

    I agree. I can't use it and am desperate for XD to cut and paste to Illustrator faithfully so my work flow isn't broken or a real pain.

    The non intuitive concept that helped me in XD is that by not actually clicking on an art board yet hovering roughly where I want the pasted element to be, XD then pastes the item on the clipboard in the middle of the viewport. I'm getting used to it now. It feels like the inverse of Illustrator.

    I would say this is a good idea. In a lot of cases pasting in exactly the same place is crucial but often it's a bad thing as I often want the pasted item to be where I am on the art board or canvas. Not to then have to go searching for where it is. Although as I write this I've just realised if I click off of an artboard and on to the canvas the item gets pasted in the middle of my viewport, which is good. Mmm...
