Export styles of selection as CSS and copy/paste them into a code editor of choice
This is not the same as exporting an entire artboard as HTML/CSS. Often when transforming design into HTML/CSS it can be handy to extract style information, piece by piece, from a design. Thus from a selection, rather than en entire artboard (though that would be cool as well). Beling able te extract style information as CSS from a selection (e.g. a selected text frame) and copy paste it into whatever code editor of choice would make XD such a powerful tool.

Nice post! It would be really helpful if Adobe XD could let us easily extract CSS from selected parts of a design, like a text frame, instead of having to export the whole thing. This would make turning designs into code much faster and more efficient, especially for specific elements. Adding this feature would make XD a stronger tool for developers.

Still needed. This should have been a high priority.

Have users been waiting since 2016 for this feature?

Sketch does this already, it's pretty absurd that Adobe doesn't! It's so hard to spec CSS with Adobe's random line height and letterspacing units in XD. It's one of three reasons I don't use it - the other two being NO gradients and NO blending modes.... insane to think they would release a program without these features.
Additionally, Sketch's export module is SOOO MUCH EASIER and faster!

This is a must-have feature if XD is to be considered a serious competitor to Sketch or InVision. All our Devs work better when this information if available through the design spec.

Please have an option where you appreciate the exporatación of code CSS Attributes and SVG Code, so we can streamline the work flow in team.
Obviously this would be a considerable advance for the development, and XD would be the same or improve the flow of work with respect to other programs.
Thank you

Sketch on mac already has this. If Adobe XD gets it I would definitely make the switch to use Adobe XD as my primary app/webdesign tool.

After introducing XD to my team of programmers this was one of the only requests they've made. Photoshop allows them to right click a layer and copy the css so having that in XD would be really helpful.

I would love this feature especially if i can export the style sheet to CSS for our developers.

This is absolutely important! Right click on the object and copy CSS attributes should be a standard feature.
