If it helps anyone, the better-than-nothing solution is Windows + Shift + Enter which puts you in fullscreen mode, except that the "Voice: Show Notifications" dropdown arrow is still stuck in the top left corner. It'll work in a pinch, but we really need proper fullscreen mode support from Adobe with the F11 key. Especially since they released their official Presentation plugin, this is pretty absurd to be lacking such a fundamental feature!
Be sure to also vote for this issue, which is worded less nicely but has twice the votes: https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353007-adobe-xd-feature-requests/suggestions/19411408-full-screen-mode-for-windows-10

It's absurd this doesn't exist yet. Even if they can just get rid of that dropdown arrow which displays "Voice: Show Notifications", then Windows + Shift + Enter would work. But currently that leaves the arrow covering up the top left corner of the fullscreen window. It's better than nothing, but still not a viable way of displaying a professional presentation. Just add support for F11, please!
