Filename in Windows Taskbar
In the Windows Taskbar, show the name of the file rather than "Adobe Experience Design", same as Illustrator or Photoshop. It is currently difficult to tell which is which since they have matching names.

Having the document name reflected into the window's title (like it happens for Photoshop or Illustrator) allows time tracking programs (such as RescueTime) to monitor time spent on every document instead of the whole program.

I think this should not be a feature Request. This is a basic need. Even Notepad shows the file name in the taskbar :( Please FIX this.

I'm not sure if it is possible with UWP, but it would be nice to see the file names when I'm using taskbar in this mode.

Definitely we should have this feature. Believe this is one which will ease the work flow.

This would be really nice to have. 100% of the time I have at least 2 files open.

I'll one up this.
First, no tabs! Second, all XD instances say "Adobe XD CC" on the taskbar! It's a pain to work with multiple files. Please fix this ASAP.

希望能够在任务栏的缩略窗口中添加文件名作为窗口标题,这样方便在打开多个文件时快速定位。
Maybe we can put the filename to the windows tile, like this. -

As you can see in the attached image, it would be usefull to know the title of the open documents.
Instead of "Adobe XD CC" something like "My Title | Adobe XD CC".
This would be very helpfull when working with Multiple Files or UI Kits!

I wanted to submit this as a bug but have seen that it was already submitted as such and closed and moved to features requests by adobe :)
I strongly upvote this and is should NOT need to be upvoted not considered a "feature" because common behavior in Windows is that taskbar buttons DO SHOW filenames. Not showing filenames, only program name, is poor UX. Why would I want to see "Adobe XD CC" 5 times and click aimlessly when the icon already indicates the program...

sometimes I have multiple documents opened in XD and when I want to choose them via taskbar thumbnail preview or in Task View mode (Win + Tab) the title of XD window is "Adobe XD CC" which is confusing, using document name in title instead would help much more.
