Mac/Windows Font Structure Issue
Some fonts have issues between Mac and Windows environments most notably at the moment the Intro typeface. It works fine in all other Adobe software but in XD if a person sets up a file on a Mac and then a Windows user tries to open the file the fonts are all missing despite the exact same font files being installed on both computers. Mac and Windows in XD seem to group font families differently so Intro Black Caps on Mac is Font-Family: Intro, Font-weight: black caps. But on Windows it's Font-Family Intro Caps, Font-weight: Black. Causing the files to be unusable collaboratively.
I hope this can be put as a priority as it's causing us huge issues when working on the same files and also when using the Design Specs for developers to build from.
Thanks
Hello Nick:
Is this the same issue that you reported here? https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353010/suggestions/31906186
Let me know so I can get it documented properly.
Thanks!

Your case styles don't work correctly between mac and windows. My team member has the newest version of XD on windows and when he opens the file created from mac the case style doesn't work for him. I hope this helps get this issue fixed. He can't change between them.

I am also having an issue with this. I am trying to share proofs between coworkers but we have a mix of windows and mac and the fonts are not rendering correctly when going from one to another.
Is there a solution or quick fix?

I have exactly the same problem with XD sharing a file between a MacBook and a Windows-based workstation. All Condensed font versions are registered inaccurately. Everything is fine with Illustrator and other CC apps. The problem is with XD only.

Hi.
I am having the same problem, designer created .xd, uses font family from Adobe Typekit: 'Fira Sans Condensed', but when loaded in Windows, it shows missing font, but Windows version actually calls the family as 'Fira Sans' with font weight 'Condensed'.
I am using version 19.0.22.9 of XD.Hope this issue can be resolved, as its quite a hassle to go through the fonts one by one to get the accurate visual.
