1. Flow view share link

   Currently the URL for a shared link is the same between GRID view and FLOW view. Is it possible to have a separate link for these. Eg. https://xd.adobe.com/view/unique-id/grid and https://xd.adobe.com/view/unique-id/flow ?

   Need to type page number and go to it. now just next & back.

4. Change owner of cloud document

   A member of our team is leaving. The only way we can change ownership of her files is to have her download them and share them locally. This is fine and all but it breaks all the links to the document so I have to go into the various places we share the link, like JIRA, and add new links.

   I would prefer that we could just change ownership of the file to another team member.

   We announced CC Spaces in XD today at Adobe MAX! In a space, all members will share ownership of the document, which means people leaving an organization won’t impact your workflow. More details to come!

5. Comments should allow mentioning users from your team and guests

   At the moment, the mentioning functionality becomes populated with users only after they have posted a comment (refer to screenshots), even when the link is viewed by users within the same team (account type - wise).

   However, if we delete an user's comments, mentioning doesn't reflect that (still shows that user in the list), so we are currently doing that to simulate the feature.

   It would be very helpful if there was this flexibility in working collaboratively with XD, as my team is trying to evangelise using this product to management over other competitors.

   Moreover, mentioning is only available for Adobe User Accounts, and not guests. This is forcing non-design co-workers to have an account, which in turn makes it less likely for our team to adopt XD.

   We are always on the lookout for new features implemented and we are happy this forum is took into consideration by the Adobe team <3

6. Enable crisp PNGs over 5000px of height

   If PNG is imported and over ca. 5000px of height it's not in highres anymore (in webview) but gets blurred by adobe XD: not showable, not usable and adobe seems to be not interested in that problem or would not fix it at all (perhaps even this is not a bug and just a way to keep other design-exports from sketch & co. out of XD?)

   for now the only way to keep using the prototyping web-view is to slice our pngs in smaller peives and play puzzle in xd... WOOOW!

7. New and updated screens should show first in grid view

   Please make the new screens and updated screens appear in the top of the (shared link) grid. Please make it default behavior or let us choose this behavior.

   The recently introduced grid view in shared links is nice but there is a problem. People I work with are not able to find the updated screens. Before I used to place new and updated screens in the top of the XD document so they could be easily found. Now as they can't see the "document view" anymore, they've lost all the visual cues and they are forced to do a time-consuming exercise of scrolling and searching the screens they need.

   Please make the new screens and updated screens appear in the top of the (shared link) grid. Please make it default behavior or let us choose this behavior.

8. Choosing prototype/specs view mode when publishing for Development

   Please add an ability to set default view mode when sharing project on the web for Development, so that it would open by default as prototype or as specs.
   It's great that now we can switch between those modes, but it might be not clear for developer who got used to work with specs that now he has to perform some additional action to be able to see specs once he is in prototype mode.
   Also controls for switching between modes should be more prominent.

9. Public URL for linking assets from Cloud Documents

   Provide ability to make XD files available publicly via cloud documents as a URL link (only those who have URL link can access the cloud document). This makes it easy to share UI kits with users who are not part of the organization. Users can then link assets from this URL link and keep synced with changes to the kits.

   Currently, we have to share XD files directly with the user and the user needs to upload the XD files to their cloud documents to link assets from the XD file. Any changes to the XD file would require re-uploading to cloud documents, deleting the old version and then re-linking all assets to the newer version. This is annoying to do every time and and error prone.

10. Unite assets.adobe.com/links and xd.adobe.com/view/xyz

    My prototype-links where published at d.adobe.com/view/xyz. To have an overview over my past prototypes and delete them (or give new authorizations to specific persons etc.!) I have to go to assets.adobe.com/links. Why? To give assets.adobe.com/links more features in the future (generate folders etc.) it could be smart to unite these both sites?

11. Tag comments as !Important

    Add a button or some way to allow the commenter or Owner to mark comments as "Important". This would visually change the comment itself as well as the pin, if it's pinned. The button or status could also be clicked again/removed to allow the comment to go back to normal status and not Important.

    Attached is a quick example of what could be done, to allow the eyes to quickly see what's been marked priority over other comments.

12. More comprehensive link management system

    Hello,

    It would be great to have a list containing all the XD URLs created by my own account.

    The reasons why:
    - as it stands now, anytime I'm searching for a URL, I have to open again the XD file, even if I'm just searching for the URL and I'm not going to work on XD.
    - sometimes we share more than a URL with a client. By having a list, we would have under control the amount of URLs created for every client.
    - since the only way to get the URL is open the app, my colleagues who are not designers are not able to get URLs by their own: they constantly have to ask me for that. I think the best thing would be having this functionality inside the Adobe Account but outside the XD app, so everyone would be able to access it.

13. Prototype and Spec link author information

    Can we please consider adding in the original author of the XD file (who uploaded the prototype or the design specs)?

    My design team is sharing multiple links to eng and the team for review and it's hard to know who did what if people need to follow up or have questions. Commenting is awesome but knowing who the author is is crucial.

14. Automatically place mobile header when previewing mobile artboards

    When viewing a mobile device prototype through a browser, it should already display information such as battery, time, Wi-Fi, or information on that particular mobile device model that the person has determined. This information is currently entered manually and ends up topping up a time of work that could be used for other things. I believe this would make it easier for the customer to see.

15. Custom Domain for Share Links and Design Specs

    Request:

    Make it possible to input a custom domain that will be used for generating both share links and design specs.

    A current link example: https://xd.adobe.com/view/[random generated string of characters]

    I work at an agency. We have historically created comps to share with clients by exporting designs as an image and manually building an HTML page on our development server.

    Moving to XD has been great for our development group, but account managers don't like sending clients an Adobe link to review a comp, despite the helpful commenting features, etc. I really don't want to have to start exporting images out of XD and making old school static comps again.

17. Preload all artboards when reviewing a published prototype

    When publishing a project with many artboards (300-500+), it often takes a lot of time to load the artboard when reviewing the link. If the artboards contain heavy visual design then the loading speed is slow event for projects with fewer artboards.

    As a result there is a lot of disruption in the review meetings. And the management/client often does not have the time to sit through the delay caused by the artboard loading.

    It would be great if we have a way to preload all the prototype artboards after accessing its published link in the background. This will enable a fluid experience during the review meeting.

    We can also show if there is a progress bar too that shows how much % of the artboards have been loaded. This way the team can keep the browser window open before the meeting and let it take the time to load all artboards in background and the review process can start at the right time.

    This also provides a smooth experience in cases where the internet connection is slow.

    Play a little audio cue when the prototype has finsihed updating. Of course it would be nice if one were to disable that

20. Share groups of shared prototypes

    After you Publish links they will appear in your personal "Published" section- and right now there is only possible to do two actions: Copy Link or Permanently Delete.

    Is there a possibility to make a feature that will enable to " Share " or " Share all" these published links so they will appear in the " Shared With You " section of other members? (or another section just a suggestion).

    If you have a big project and already have 100+ links there is really challenging to find, manage them or review them. Even If you are using JIRA or other project management tool, where you put these links, it's really impractical if you want to review all projects in a list as a team leader . Think of it as a something that InVision has - a repository of links to prototypes for your team.

    I know there is already a Sharing option but when one designer is working on some part of the project and another one on the other part(iOS , Android, Web, Marketing etc.), they have access to their own links but do not have a shared library of these links. If they want to have an access to prototypes and give feedback to each other and don't want to asking for a link every time, someting like shared list of links would be great.

    Imagine, somebody new will come to the team , there is impossible to share 1000+ links one by one or invite him to edit all of these projects so he can preview them and learn the design language etc.

    Is something like this possible?
