Categorize comments
I'd like to be able to tag/categorize comments
Use case: To distinguish between notes related to design, development, copywriting etc.

Indeed, color separation is an excellent feature that will allow you to realize the necessary ideas, perfect for implementation on https://epiccarry.com

It would nice if we can have different comment types and these have different colors. This way in one page we can have designer comments in one color and dev comments in another color so the whole team can differentiate easily from where is each comment coming from.

Yea this would be super useful.
Maybe you could set up tags with # and the when you next use # you get a list of tags already used. It would also be good if they were colour coded, even if XD assigned colours to each tag as they were created.

This is critical for our developer reviews. Sometimes we need to hashtag or categorise by #Function, #Handover, #Final, #Copywriting etc in order to categorise which comments require attention from various members or for various reasons. Zeplin does this and it could impact our ability to transition to XD.

I'd love to be able to see where in the flow I m when commenting on each screen. For anyone outside the UI designers it becomes really hard to remember what is the context of each screen and their relationship with one another! Thanks

The commenting feature is one of the most important functions in XD. Collaboration on screens should be easy.
for this I would suggest some functions:
- by clicking on the right comment pane, switch to the point in the screen (at the moment only the oposite is possible)
- labeling the comment (for some situations the comment must be reviews by other members like programmers or texting, therefore another color for the comment box would be perfect)
- Possibility to assign the comment to another user with @ . so that the person can collect them in one list, and discussion goes on fast.Thank
