How does XD handle or not handle this today?
Save prototype/XD file to the cloud
Invite participant to join the cloud file
What happens if participant does not have Adobe account?
Participant has to install XD mobile app on their device (tester would have to provide instructions and link to do this)
In the XD mobile app, participant has to navigate to cloud documents and open the prototype (tester would have to provide instructions on how to do this)

    What is the primary blocker?
sharing a prototype to test participants who may not have any idea what Adobe XD is.
The complex setup process is a barrier to test participant recruitment or test completion

How are you managing this today?
Creating a prototype mocked up on a mobile device that can be viewed through the XD share feature

    What is the expected behavior?
A simplified share feature that packages the above steps into a single communication/invite
Participant does not need an adobe account
*if possible, user does not have to download a separate app

    What problem does this solve?
Testing mobile apps as mockups in a desktop browser presents many test artifacts that have to be accounted for when processing the data from the test. This has a high risk for creating unreliable data. By enabling the participant to interact with the prototype on a mobile device we can give participants a more genuine experience and, in turn, provide more reliable research data.
