An error occurred while saving the comment Tekin commentedI think this will solve my problem too. A component inside another component can not change the state of parent component either. Which seems really odd, if I make it a group it works. Am I missing something there or it is the disability of component controling the state?

An error occurred while saving the comment Tekin commentedligatures work but I have to use all small caps to make it show otherwise XD always capitalise first letter
I think the workaround could be moving a component to another file make it local, do all the changes and copy it back to original file and make it local there. I will try that but this should have been the earliest features in XD.
