    This has to be a bug. It should NOT be possible for two completely different XD files to share the same URL!

    I am constantly having this issue. Why in the world would two different XD files have the same URL?

    I can't believe so much thought needs to be put into this! Just get it done! I guarantee you more people would rather have anybody that has permission to edit also be able to share the file over the way it currently is. This has been a nightmare. What makes it even more of a joke is adobe gives you absolutely no management tools to transfer ownership of an XD file so if an employee leaves and you need to reshare their files after making a change, you have to resave the file to your own cloud account and then reshare and generate new links.

    Here are the specs of the two computers having this issue:

    #1
    Windows 10 Pro
    Version: 1809
    Build : 17763.557
    XD Version: 20.0.12.10
    Creative Cloud Sync: 4.2.5.1

    Build: 17134.829
    Version: 20.0.12.10
    Creative Cloud Sync: 4.2.5.1

    Core Sync has been confirmed running in the task manager on both those machines. When user from one of those computers opened a file that was edited by a 3rd user who does not have this issue, they were presented with the "There are some new Changes made from other device, would you like the accept the changes or create a new file" popup. When they accepted the changes, all the changes that they previously made were overwritten.

    I am having the same issue with my designers and the XD files. It started happening last week.

    When I go to https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents and view the files, it shows them as last modified several days ago, despite being updated today by the user. This is happening for three different users. The only thing common with the users are they have been invited to edit the file. The owner of the file does not have the issue editing and having those changes reflect on assets.adobe.com but the owner still cannot see the changes made by others.

    I can't believe there are no management tools for the cloud files. You can't change the owner, set permissions, etc. I have the opposite problem: I need to take files from an employee leaving and transfer them to an account that we have control over. This person can find no way of transferring the files to us.

    None of my users can use the design preview without this. It is extremely difficult and frustrating to navigate if you don't know which elements are complete and available for navigation. I don't understand why this is available on the XD iOS app but not on the desktop. You'd think they'd develop this the other way around. Obviously two separate teams were working on this and they do not communicate to each other.
