Allow multiple people to share a link to the same published URL (multiple owners of a Prototype or Design Spec)
Collaborative work: Updating 'share link' of an .xd file not possible on another machine
System: macOS Sierra 10.12.6
XD-Version: 0.8.22.17 Beta
We are working with different people on the same .xd file. Updating the prototype link is only possible on the machine with wich the .xd file was created. The other people can only create new links.
- Create an .xd file
- Publish prototype
- Save the .xd file
- Open the same .xd file on another machine
- Updating the published prototype link not possible (only creation of new link)

We announced CC Spaces in XD today at Adobe MAX! In a space, all members will be able to publish a link. More details to come!

I would love to have this features as me and my co-workers needs to updates revisions constantly and shouldn't have to wait on one another to update the prototype links.

It is 2023, it has been 6 years and this functionality is still not available... A main functionality!! I have to be creating new links to share when the owner is Out of Office and be bothering clients by telling them "Remember the link we gave you for the mockup? Well now this is the new link, sorry but we just fixed a few little details"

Often we have multiple designers working on the same job, processing client feedback perhaps. We need a way to elevate shared users to allow to update Links with updates. Or transfer ownership so they can do that.

this is almost a deal breaker. allow the project owner to assign permissions to each member added to the project. this makes no sense. that's the purpose of collaborative software.

Hello, when can we expect this update? It's super important! We are working with a big team on a website update and it's terrible that only the creator can update the link. This programming really can't be elaborate and is an absolutely standard function!

Lies
