I found a way to get the Hotspot hints!

1. Go to your Adobe XD app on your desktop. (I have only seen this on a desktop.)
2. Click on "Share," and there should be a "Link Setting" dropdown menu where you can choose a custom link. From there, you can choose whether or not you want hotspot hints, full screen, navigation control, etc.

Then, you can copy the link and paste it into your tab!

Crazy that this is still not available 😮

This would be a HUGE help! Sometimes, I'm working on lots of screens that appear to be similar, so it would help me remember which one I'm on by checking the available interactions. This is a highly helpful feature.

+1 I'd like to add my request for this. It's so important and essential.

I need the preview to display and behave identically to the exported product. Otherwise it's not a true "Preview." This seems like it should be a high priority bug report instead of a feature request...

It's important to show hotspots on things that are linked to another page (even if they are a component and one of their states show stuff)

we need this feature to be added ASAP
and the ability to enable or disable it (in the future)

Adobe please add this feature in. It can't be that hard to add in. This is extremely low hanging fruit that has high return for us Designers.

It is un-flipping-believable that Adobe has still put this in backlog. It is an essential land utterly basic feature.

The iPad version and the browser version already have Click-Hints/Hotspots, this would be a great addition to the Desktop app. We sometimes have to show prototypes to clients where we can't get an internet connection due to security reasons. Especially if someone who didn't design the prototypes himself has to present them, Click-Hints/Hotspots would be awesome.

Pressing the spacebar should briefly show any hotspots. So should clicking/tapping anywhere that is not a hotspot. Agree with other posters, it's poor UX for our reviewers, who also pay the bills.. Essential feature to add.

Please please consider this feature for the next round of updates. Because the shared prototypes frequently freeze when presenting to clients, having the option to run the prototype locally from the desktop application would be a life saver! Let users toggle the hotspots for desktop previews just as they're toggled for shared prototypes.

None of my users can use the design preview without this. It is extremely difficult and frustrating to navigate if you don't know which elements are complete and available for navigation. I don't understand why this is available on the XD iOS app but not on the desktop. You'd think they'd develop this the other way around. Obviously two separate teams were working on this and they do not communicate to each other.
