Less Confusing Link Management UI
When creating a shareable link you're given the ability to create multiples which are great for iterations. However, the update link function is more confusing. Is it updating the first link I created? The most recently created? Is there a way to update certain links and not others for different department reviews?
I suggest making link management part of the dialogue to allow the user to select which link they're updating.
In recent months, we’ve made some significant changes in this area. First off, we’ve introduced the ability to publish and manage multiple links. Secondly, when you Save As to a new document, you can no longer update links that were applicable in the previous file.

Also adding my confusion about links are tied to the file in some where that when a file is copied all of the links come with it? I don't think it's unusual to start with an existing file to create a new prototype - make a copy of the file, modify the name and modify the prototype as needed. it seems all of the published links from the previous file are copied over with it, with out any way to remove (I don't want to remove the published prototype, I want to remove the link to the new file. Odd.

BUG: Deleting a link from the cloud via a browser does not remove it from the document. Now if I'm in a doc where I deleted its original link, it still displays in the drop-down list. How Adobe, uhg such cringe.
Not only that but if you make a new doc based on another doc that already had a link, that link will be in that new doc? What

I agree, like Ulrik's suggestion of update link on the first screen... Also the button 'copy link' could be removed and the moment you go to click in the text area with the link you just get a text notification - 'Link copied' Under the field and the link box can be one row smaller at least given the fact these are minified links. The embedded code copying can work in the same way which just leaves an 'Update link' button and a 'Manage links' text link underneath, 'simples', as the meerkats would say. I normally charge for this consultancy btw...

I agree. You have to click "share again" before clicking "update link". Why not have "Update link" on the first screen where your most recent link is showed. Or expose more links and click update besides each of them or similar.

Edit title for clarity (was "Allow Link Management").
