Here's the thing, borders have no place in professional vector graphics. They are useless. Any time you think you want a border, you're going to screw something up.
Unfortunately, Adobe XD has a nasty habit of adding them to everything, even when you never checked border, you never sampled something with a border, you never once ever did a single bloody thing with a border, yet XD wants to add them everywhere.
It's easy for you to completely stop this from happening, even if your coders cannot figure out why the bug exists that adds borders constantly to everything. Just add a setting to disable borders altogether. Professional designers don't need them, and they can only get in the way and cost you time and frustration.
