Jason has a comment to help you. Please let us know if you need anything else!
You can disable the arrow buttons in the UI and the arrow keyboard keys by unchecking "Show Navigation Controls" when sharing. See https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/help/work-with-prototypes.html#navigate.

This was added in XD 17 in March 2019. See "Show Navigation Controls" checkbox when sharing/updating a prototype https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/help/work-with-prototypes.html
This option will remove the left/right arrow buttons below the prototype (home button stays though) and will also disable your left/right arrow keyboard keys.

When sharing, uncheck "Show Navigation Controls". Doing this will (1) remove the left/right buttons displayed below the prototype and (2) disable arrow key navigation.
Please let us know if that works for you. Thanks for the feedback!

Hi. Can you be more specific? What are you trying to accomplish here in this file?
Looking at your file, if you want the smaller circle to orbit the bigger one, you just need 2 artboards with Time transitions set to delay=0 (as you've done already) and create a loop. Set rotation=0 in the first artboard, rotation=360 in the second.
If you want a specific number of rotations, you'll need additional artboards.
I've recorded an example here https://giphy.com/gifs/5wFxrG56ZW3ONCcx99.
