    Hi Sarah,
Very sorry to hear you are running into problems with the prototypes you are sharing from XD. The XD web app supports IE 11+ on Win7+, and the latest versions of all other popular web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox), so unless one of your customers is using something else, all content should render correctly.

I’m surprised to hear that fonts appeared to be rendering differently. The prototype exported from XD uses bitmaps for each artboard, so not font rendering is taking place when viewed in a browser. The browser does have to decode the bitmap, so it’s possible that there is some difference there, but I wouldn’t expect it to be easily noticeable.

The only difference in experience I would expect for customers viewing your shared prototype in a browser is around performance. The initial load of your prototype and subsequent screen transitions can be impacted by…

I'm having a similar crashing issue on IE11 in a govt institution. Although it works fine on chrome or firefox, IE still is the default browser for the most govt agencies here in US. What sort of information do you guys need to investigate this critical issue? or is there any other alternative solution that we can look in to? Thank you.

I'm having the same exact issue on IE 11 (Windows 10). We've tested on a multiple PCs/users but problem persist.

Just to clarify how it works currently – artboards in the PDF are currently listed based on looking at your artboard layout on XD’s canvas in “reading order." The PDF page order will start with artboards in the topmost row left to right, then move on to the next row of artboards below that (starting with the leftmost artboard again), etc.
