Thanks to that, you would be able to tweak the same artboard with different data - which is useful when you have to display different data depending on the page user is coming from.
I can imagine it in a way that where you set a link, you can specify the name of the textarea and the text that should be applied when user enter on this artboard through this link.

No, I do not think it exist elsewhere. I can think of this case: I have a page where different data can be displayed. Let's say it is a price of a phone plus delivery. I would like to be able to use the same artboard for different cases (different prices in this example) without the need to create many artboards for the same view but with different data. Ideally it would be a link on which you can specify (override) a value different than placed on the artboard initially. It would be nice also to be able to link an artboard to himself, for example when you want to increment a number.
