    Windows 10 Enterprise v1709
    Latest version of XD for Windos (Rel 2018-09-17)

    I just tested this again, creating two empty files, and the problem still occurs. I saved one first to Desktop and then one to Downloads folder. Then I selected "Save as" for the one I first created to Desktop, and the default save location is in Downloads.
