An error occurred while saving the comment Darko commentedPreviously, I could use clipboard text (copied from XD or some other document) to quickly replace the content of a text block nested within a group: press Ctrl/Cmd, double-click the text block to select its content (not releasing Ctrl/Cmd) and then press V while holding the Ctrl/Cmd all the while.
This video shows the previous flow, and the current (broken) flow: https://youtu.be/fStR7lBLXI0
Is it possible that I was the only one doing that? I used to do so in Sketch, too.An error occurred while saving the comment Darko commentedPlease note the current behavior is different from previous XD behavior, and therefore a breaking change in regard to the app usage and productivity.
An error occurred while saving the comment Darko commentedNew XD behavior (ctrl + click selects a layer below on second click) causes serious productivity problem for me! Now I can no longer use ctrl/cmd + double click to edit text within a group. Please make a difference between ctrl/cmd + double click and ctrl/cmd + two consecutive clicks. The way it is now, I have to do ctrl/cmd + click, then wait, then do double click to edit text within a group.
An error occurred while saving the comment Darko commentedAdobe, please restore the old, ctrl + double click behavior. It was very simple and efficient way to edit text within a group. The new ctrl + double click is confusing, inefficient and illogical!

Hey Ryan! Definitely something I’ve been looking for as well!
I can safely say this is a feature we’d all like to see in XD.
An error occurred while saving the comment Darko commentedPlease add this functionality. A simple tab to hide all panels can do the trick, too.

We can export all artboards as PDF, which is a great option, but we need working links inside those PDFs, too! We can live without fancy transitions and animations in those PDFs. Why we can create PDF links within Illustrator, but we lose them when exporting from XD?
Other option would be a clickable HTML, SVG or Image files loaded into a browser. We have those options with Balsamiq, Invision, Marvel, etc, but XD is simply better to use and lacks this feature.
