If we can stack artboards, this will allows us to have all interactive overstates necessary to illustrate interactions inside multi-state process and different states for elements and groups.
When we open the stacked artboard, we see the boards inside and everything else outside the stack is still visible in the background, maybe gray-scaled and slightly blurred, just not to be in focus.
Preview 1 and 2 show stacking of multiple boards.
Preview 3 shows how the rest of the boards on the canvas are out of focus and with a little bit blurred in the background when you are working with stacked board.
Stacking can also work for: Symbols [multi state - tab-bar, menu-bar etc]
It can also work for groups. Having multiple states is something common. It's like internal interaction. Instead of having separate board just for this interaction.
