We announced CC Spaces in XD today at Adobe MAX! In a space, all members will be able to publish a link. More details to come!

This would be a huge step forward for our team as we try to share XD files across larger and larger groups of designers.
We need a way to maintain a source of truth and make it available for use internally, without granting edit access to every user of the file.

I could use a version of this feature which allows me to replace all old versions of a button from Library A with new versions of a button from Library B.
