"Scaling Tool" (scale stroke weight, shadow effects & corners when resizing)
Ability to scale attributes proportionately. When creating shapes, buttons, or icons within XD sometimes they need to be scaled to different sizes. Currently when scaling these shapes, buttons, or icons created within XD we can no scale some of the attributes proportionately.
As an example I create a container box with a stroke, border-radius, shadow, and paragraph text. If I need to scale proportionately, like say 50%, the stroke, border-radius, shadow, and paragraph text don't scale proportionately.
(Currently using Windows Beta Version: 0.6.8.6)

I thought I was stupid for not finding the settings for scaling. But how ADOBE?! How is this not a basic feature? It makes work a lot easier...

Agreed! I can't believe Adobe still doesn't have this basic feature

Cannot believe this is not a feature! Makes XD unusable for me.

Adobe, how am I supposed to import SVGs and resize them?

Adobe XD should get a scaling tool like Figma has where you can select this tool and then resize anything on the artboard and have it scale proportionally with the strokes and sizing of text elements inside. Right now I don't see any way to do this in XD (holding shift on a transform for all selected elements won't scale text as well). It would be great to have this because it's a big time saver when having to resize elements around the canvas and have everything stay proportionate.

Hello - XD is lovely in so many ways. I appreciate that it's streamlined and intuitive. But please, for the love of all that is holy, make a working resize tool that can be used on text, grouped objects, shadows and everything else. Stop everything else you're doing and make this a top priority. It's a very basic and necessary function–I cannot understand why it's missing. Thank you!

Like what many has echoed, this is a basic feature. Please implement this soon!!

Definitely need this! Sketch has it and it's very valuable.

Is there any update on this feature being implemented any time soon?
I don't understand how Adobe can be pushing this as a professional tool for design systems in addition to features such as auto-animate without these scaling features in place.Surely there are people on the team who understand how important this is, upvotes or not.

No words. Just wow. Great feature prioritisation process you've got going on over there Adobe. Also LOL @Nicholas Crofoot #feelsbadman

It is absolutely unfathomable that this is NOT already a day one basic piece of functionality. This is not a "feature". That's like saying being able to walk AND chew gum is a feature instead of being a basic function for anyone with an IQ above 5.
Just spent 3 days creating a fully custom set of icons and components in a master library and instantly find out that it's 100% useless since NOTHING scales correctly.

Need this feature right now so badly... I was hoping to find a solution here but it seems not. :(

So as of v.34 we can now do 3D transformations... but still cannot scale up a stroke. I agree with others before me. This should not be a feature request. This is just basic expected functionality.

This feature needs to drop at MAX

Dear Adobe, really, so basic tool and still not available? I can't scale a simple colorful SVG icon. Shame on you!

this is bloody embarrassing for you,. one of the most fundamental things every, you need to be able to resize a png you made in illustrator ffs!
-
Courtney @ Global Work & Travel commented
Why doesnt XD have the most basic, fundamental ability to scale a stroke? when i scale a graphic with a stroke i should have the options to scale stroke and effects uniformly just as illustrator has. it isnt rocket science, this is basic, basic stuff. please add it
