Basic Text Transform: all caps, all lowercase

Add basic text transform like there is in Illustrator to make it easier and faster for developers to code your designs. Our developers have to waist time retyping text for layouts that have already been designed. At least basic uppercase and lowercase.

Being a designer means working in a constant back and forth mode and that includes, amongst many other things, playing with type settings. Uppercase/Lowercase settings aren't a new invention, they are a necessity.
We shouldn't even have to ask (or should I say: beg) for such a feature, come on! I'm paying for this cr**!

This is the biggest problem of Adobe XD: Something so unbelievable basic like text transforms is UNDER REVIEW for alsmost 2 f**ing years. Are you kidding?

Please add this, it's been nearly two years and nearly every other Adobe design software has this feature and its a PITA not having it in XD.

You don't think about it until you needed to use it, then copy paste in other programs or on web to do that same simple thing like (Title case, Lower case, Upper case, Swap case...)

Why has this been in review for almost two years? Sketch has this. Invision Studio has this. Will it never arrive? If so, why?

After the brilliant explain of Snapper Cridge we think that the feature must have updated to priority.

Lots of comments. Not sure if someone has explained a specific (and familiar) use case

        1. Designer has chosen a specific style for say heading text for UI element and creates a character style.
        2. Designer creates several screens for the project.
        3. Designer decides to test out some text options for the heading.
        4. Designer chooses character style and updates the style from regular text to uppercase.

Without that option it's select every element using that character style, pressing caps lock and retyping every single text block that element(s) is using.

Apologies if someone else has already pointed this out and I hope it helps.

What's the progress on this one guys? It's a big blocker in an everyday workflow ;)
