Time Trigger On Artboards Having Resulted From A Drag Drop Action.
Time triggers do not work on ALL artboards. Artboards that are the result of a drag drop trigger cannot use time triggers.
Currently,
Given: I am on an artboard that resulted from and drag drop trigger.
When: I apply a timer to that artboard to send me to another artboard.
Then: The timer does not work after the previous drag drop trigger.
Expected
Given: I am on an artboard that resulted from and drag drop trigger.
When: I apply a timer to that artboard to send me to another artboard.
Then: The timer runs and sends me to the next artboard.

Okay, I found what the issue is. The time transition will not occur unless the mouse cursor is above the dragged element AND it has to be within about 20 px from the element, when the drag is released. All other mouse cursor placements when let go of the dragged element will not trigger the time transition.

Today this appeared to work. Maybe this was a user error. But there seems to be inconsistency of when it works.
