Add Translation keys field on Design specs
Add a field on text elements where it's possible to add a translation keys.
The case
As a PM I want to add the translation key for the text on the design.
Actual workaround
Pin a comment to the element with the translation key.

Hi Elaine!
I've completely missed the question.I meant the first part, text translations. Every text on the design is connected to a translation key that could be useful to highlight on the developer handoff part.
Usually we add a comment to share this info.
