Set object to default to no stroke
Every single time I make a box or something it adds a border stroke by default. This is so annoying as I don't want a border stroke like 90% of the times. Is this a bug or something? I'm so tired of removing that border stroke!! Please Adobe, make this nightmare go away. If you insist on forcing this upon us as default then at least make a "remember this choice" checkbox or something.

It's a common sense, at least devs can think of making an option to turn it off by default. Please Adobe team, this thing doens't need a request, it's super annoying.

PLEEEEEASE for the love. Who the heck is adding a border to every single shape anyways!? I can't believe it's been 3 years that people have been complaining about this.

Please remove border as default. In Indesign, M creates a frame with a default stroke. Before making the shape, you turn stroke off, the next shape you create won't have a stroke. At least, make this possible in XD. please please please

Why has it been well over 2 years and this EXTREMELY OBVIOUS problem has not been fixed? What exactly do Adobe developers work on?! Adobe XD has so many problems and I doubt any of them will ever be fixed at this rate.

Seriously, Adobe! FIX THIS ISSUE. You more than anyone understand how a single extra click or two can multiple into lost productivity. I spend all day turning off the border. Make it optional. I want to set my default colors in preferences. or just have it revert to last used.
The reason is this...in XD I'm constantly drawing spacers to measure pixels. I make boxes to make designs pixel perfect. You are adding 1000 clicks per day by not addressing this feature. Not efficient.

How could Adobe make the terrible mistake of putting a damn border AS DEFAULT? I like borders and edges according to our necessity, and that's exactly the reason we need that border to be set as zero by default, because it's not a default element. It's the same thing as if Adobe had put rounded corners by default, they went fine for one thing but made a huge mistake by putting a border around every single shape inside the software. After a lot of updates, this still there to waste our precious time every single day.

This is so incredibly annoying that I can't believe years later it's still like this. I'm constantly removing the border, and I'm sure almost all people are doing the same. Look around the web and see how many boxes are using a border. It's the minority. I beg... please!

I do agree with Per and others. Please give us at least an option to set user defined default appearance of an object.

Allow me to set one of the **COLOR FROM LIBRAIRY** as my default `border-color`.> My following suggestions could be addressed in a common task with the « 33361459-preferences »
> https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353007-adobe-xd-feature-requests/suggestions/33361459-preferences#2
Give me a basic PREFERENCES where I can define what style of « default border » I want in my application.#3
Also... As a ressource of our Design System teams, I would LOVE(!!!) to have access to a Json file to set this level of preferences in my XD app (like we have in Microsoft Visual Studio Code). This would allow us to share our PREFERENCES settings within our design team. -

+1 for this one, you'll be hard pressed to find a single person who doesn't start by drawing a box, then turning the stroke off. It's an edge case when you do need a stroke, so the default should be a fill rather than stroke.
