Allow me to set one of the **COLOR FROM LIBRAIRY** as my default `border-color`.> My following suggestions could be addressed in a common task with the « 33361459-preferences »

Give me a basic PREFERENCES where I can define what style of « default border » I want in my application.#3
Also... As a ressource of our Design System teams, I would LOVE(!!!) to have access to a Json file to set this level of preferences in my XD app (like we have in Microsoft Visual Studio Code). This would allow us to share our PREFERENCES settings within our design team.Martin Dubé

When starting a new project give me a MODAL POP-UP where...

... I can define the DEFAULT CARACTER STYLE of this new project. If I choose so this new default style will be added a **CARACTER STYLE** in the list of document's assets.

... (if I don't want to create a new style but use an existing one) offer me the option of selecting one of the **CARACTER STYLES from an other project from my **CLOUD LIBRARY**.
