Scrollbars in shared prototype
I would love to have the prototype pane (in-browser) have a scrollbar if the content exceeds the bounds of the prototype. Obviously, it does scroll with the mouse and keyboard mechanisms, but there is no visual indication to the user that there is additional content.

Here's what I don't understand... Why restrict the window as if it's loaded in an iframe at all, but If your going to do that, we need scroll bars, bare minimum so it's obvious to the people we are presenting interfaces too.
I often times send my prototypes off, to steak-holders in other parts of the world, and can't always walk them through things do to the time zone differences, and even when I tell them things are scrollable, they often miss that, until I have personally shown them.
Frankly it's exhausting and embarrassing having to continually explain the UX issues with my UX tool LMAO

My prototypes are used for testing and there is no visible scrollbar on long pages. I have resorted to adding static images of scrollbars to provide a visual queue that there is more content and to scroll. I have attempted several workarounds creating interactive scrollbars which require multiple versions of the same screen to work and then the mouse scroll wheel doe not work. This is a very large issue, it has affected user testing and I have to resort to another app that has this very simple element in order to get user tests completed. This is a monumental failing, please fix, so I don't have to use your competitors.

Is this the same issue: https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353007-adobe-xd-feature-requests/suggestions/34467730-show-scroll-bar-in-published-prototypes
Only posting to help show that there is larger call for the feature.

How did you achieve the scrollbars in your prototype number 3 above?

Has this been resolved?

I can`t use XD because no scrollbars in desktop preview.
It`s critical because if I send the prototype to other and if he has laptop without mouse (he can`t use the middle button of the mouse for scrolling) he can`t view all prototype.See my tests. (1920 px width)
1. This is prototype with Viewport on 1080 px.
https://xd.adobe.com/view/5f8f1da8-fb7f-4e51-5975-6b1c253b2c14-29be/No scrollbar! No mouse = no prototype!
2. Here the viewports have the same height as the artboards
https://xd.adobe.com/view/299adf84-75a6-4844-5aea-925634e1e0bb-5fab/Here are scrollbars but click on the links to see what happens. Resizing, jumping and total bugs with the sizes between different pages.
3. The arboards are with the same height.
https://xd.adobe.com/view/28ce5f79-4a87-44ec-549b-a45cf499ed97-5eff/?fullscreenThe animations and transitions are perfect but the longer pages has huge white space in the bottom because the artboards are the same but the content in the different pages not.
4. The preview of the mobile device in the browser has no drag option. Even Google has this option. inVision has image of a phone where the prototype is.
------------------------------------------------
The same project in inVision works perfect - with scrollers, no bugs in resizing and looks like real site.

When designing a native app, the scrollbar isn't something that you see when scrolling down a view. So maybe put an option if you want the views to be seen with a scrollbar or not?

I know (now) that you can pan left or right by pressing down the spacebar and swiping left or right on a trackpad or mouse - however I design using my laptop as a second monitor with a bluetooth keyboard and mouse. The trackpad is miles from me. A simple scrollbar would be extremely useful. It took me ages to discover there was even a way to pan horizontally.

It is a poor UX to expect people to use arrows to scroll a preview in browser; clients are constantly confused and upset with this experience.

Actually… there is no way to know that the page scrolls using the keyboard arrow keys without trying it, so not really obvious at all.
Seriously Adobe?! How am I supposed to share this weak business with my client?
Also, scrolling via the keyboard is not the same as using a scrollbar since it's much slower AND the page doesn't actually scroll unless you click the page first! Very bad!
