Glyphs Palette

With FontAwesome font files and the like, it's impractical to make quick use of their icons/glyphs without a palette, as the entire character set does not use qwerty, but are special/hidden characters.

I can live without granular type tools like kerning, but not having accessibility to the glyphs of a given font file is a dearly missed feature from working in Photoshop or Illustrator. At least on OS X, the OS character viewer is not as friendly as Adobe's other implementations of the glyphs palette.

    I'm starting a project that requires using the glyphs in the Segoe Fluent Icons font. I'm finding myself using the glyphs panel in InDesign, then copying and pasting over to XD. It just seems weird that XD is the only CC app that doesn't use the standard CC interface.

    Wow, this is a post from 2016 I use Figma already and I was looking for a simple feature that illustrator has long ago what happen with XD that not have such a basic feature? So any suggestion to achieve using Font Awsome in XD?

    Any update on this? I'm working as a digital designer for a heritage retail brand and glyphs are critical for their type styling. Please advise.

    Can't use Adobe XD for a big client because this feature is missing – it is a MUST feature for all designers which most of us are here.

    This feature is so urgent to have... I would love not to have to switch to Figma... I also don't understand what you are waiting for.

    For me the feature is also very important. Figma has it already!

    Unfortunately copy and paste from InDesign or Illustrator is not working. :(

    As someone that does a lot of French work that requires special characters, this is a must.

    What are you doing. Figma already have this feature but you are sleeping 😴

    Please add characters and number style and also add the support of glyphs. Add All characters related features

    Your all other software have this but why not in Adobe XD.

    See the attached image. I use raleway font, see how it looks without numbers styles and glyphs.
