Better color picker
We will be introducing a new color picker in Adobe XD in the May update.

It would be great if it had not only the ability to import .ase etc. but also sync to your Adobe Color library.

This will probably go away with the new color picker, but wanted to point this related eyedropper bug out: https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353010-adobe-xd-bugs/suggestions/12934575-cursor-disappears

So a full custome color picker is under way, in the meantime you can click on the swatch and switch to the 2nd tab of the color picker to enter HEX values. :) (We current leverage the placeholder OSX color picker for the very near term).

XD is supposed to be an environment for designs applications. It's essential to have an easy way to enter RGBA and HEX values. Also, please enable the horizontal mouse slide on input values the way Photoshop and Sketch support.

Please a color picker like in Sketch.

Persistent color picker as well. There's so much space in the right-hand menu that I'm floored why something as essential as color isn't always there.

Yep, the native Mac OS one is trash.

I don't like the colour picker, I'm so used to the Photoshop and Illustrator colour picker options. Why does this feel like Keynote?

There is a place to put hex codes in the Mac version (I don't know about Windows). In the color picker, go to the slider and choose RGB slider. You'll find it down at the bottom. It's not ideal, but it will work as a band-aid until a better color picker is added.

Please add an easy and fast way to use hex codes

This is easily overlooked but a vital step in any advanced design process. I should be able to organize my colors/swatches, easily name them (brand/dev reasons) and have access to them across different files.

The color section panel has grayscale set as the default; to get to the field for entering hex colors click the sliders button in the color panel (second button from left) then select RGB sliders from the dropdown

Custom hex values play a very vital role during designing.

All of the digital platforms that Xd is set up to design for use hex colors as their base. If there's a place to enter these (like to set the fill on a rectangle) I can't find it. This would be a deal-breaker for me.
