An error occurred while saving the comment berchman commentedReally? 4 years and nothing on this? I'm evaluating XD and I've been able to do this for-EVER in UXPin.
Deal breaker along with the inability to change states on multiple objects with one click/tap/hover.The more I read through the XD shortcomings with all the requests for basic functionality to build good UI/UX it's becoming more clear its not ready for primetime. Sad too, as I had hopes for XD.

An error occurred while saving the comment berchman commentedThis is a MUST and something I can do EASILY for years with UXPin. I've been using XD and thinking about moving over from UXPin but this is an ENORMOUS oversight IMO.
We must have the ability to have multiple interactions of the SAME TYPE (tap, click) on a single object.
I want to click once and change the state of multiple independent objects on screen that are not part of some larger master component.
An error occurred while saving the comment berchman commentedI need this too. One-click or tap and I can change the state of multiple objects to something else. I can't even add more than one tap to accomplish this.
Adobe I've been able to do this in UXPin since I started using it back in 2016!
I'm evaluating XD as an alternative to UXPin and for our more complex projects not having the ability to do this is a dead end—showstopper. The ability to change any other components state based on the current state of an object. So if I hover over one object, I can make the state of 3, 5, 15 objects change, and then return to default.
If I click on one object. I can change the state of any number of other objects. Let me know if you have any questions.

The fact that this is not present in XD is making our whole team dismiss this tool.
I've been able to do this type of interactivity since 2016 in UXPin—bummer.
