This shouldn't even be something that needs to be asked for, much less voted on. Like buying a car, you expect it to come with tires.
Technical ins and outs aside, this is what I want to solve:
CLIENT/STAKEHOLDER: Why are the brand colors off? Please fix.
ME: I can't. See, this professional software I use doesn't have any kind of blah blah blah. But don't worry, it won't look like that when it goes live.
CLIENT/STAKEHOLDER: I don't care, just make my colors correct. Why am I paying you again?
