    Can't believe it's still a backlog - the product manager in charge is clearly does not understand the end user (in this case UX designer) needs and workflows associated with these needs. If you were to do proper use research, you would uncover that this feature is really important to the design professionals and not being able to customise (create new) shortcuts will make us want to switch to a different product.
