I've been wanting to use shared CC libraries with my team on XD. But when testing it I found that there is no way to edit a style within the library. Isn't that the whole point (or at least a major part) of having a global style? If you decide to change the style, you only have to do it once to the main symbol and it can get applied to all your elements that have that style applied to it. Otherwise, what's the point of setting it all up?
I did find that you could open your library in another Adobe app and edit it there? But that is majorly inconvenient.
Also, I don't see any indicator, in XD, when you do change a library style from another app. For example, I've got 'Color #1' in the library that is a blue color. I've got this style applied to several items in my XD comp. I want all those elements to become green. So, I go into CC Libraries in Photoshop, Edit 'Color #1' to be green. When I go back to XD and it syncs, I see that 'Color #1' is now green in the CC Libraries panel. But, the items in my comp are not changed to be green. And I don't see any way to accept/apply the update of the style to my comp. I think it would be necessary to let people confirm that they want to style to update. But, I'm not seeing any of this.

I don't like the current implementation of guides, because you may be zoomed in on a specific portion of the artboard and in order to drag a guide you have to zoom out or move to the top left edge of the board to start dragging. The source of the guides should be more global... like the rulers that have worked for years in all other adobe programs.

YES! For example, you might have a set of badges with different styling on each one: Approved, Pending, Draft, etc. None of those is the "Default" state. And if you can't rename it, you have to try to remember which of those styles you made as the default state.
