    This was a known pain point with ID as well. At least it had IDML for safety.

    I second this request and opt to have it locked by default. My students move it all the time and they dont realize what they are doing. Or a least a prompt "this is what you have just done, here is what happens"

    It causes no end of repetition and they never get it.
