I do agree with this request. BMP is a must when you design in industrial environments. For example, some HMI's (Human Machine Interface) for what I find XD a nice prototyping tool. Those softwares lacks the support of modern formats. Some only allow 24bits (8+8+8) colours and BMP / RLE is the only way to input UI elements.
