    The link shared by you is rendering correctly on iPhone Xs Max browsers Chrome 79.0.3945 / Safari 13
    Artboard 3 design looks similar in Desktop XD and Mobile browser.

    1. How does the design looks in web browser?
    2. Is the mobile device an Android or iPhone?

    Also, we need the XD file and published link that you are facing issues.

    Please share us user screen action in video file format (.gif/ .mov) and public link in which you are facing issues. This helps us to investigate further.
