I found this workaround here: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2458877 However, it does not work for chrome on mac, and therefor I cannot expect it to work on clients computers either.
This is very frustrating. The ability to see a clear picture of a website or app above the folder was the main reason I started using this app and this negates that ability.
