this may sound aggressive, but it's an unfiltered opinion like this, that I think your missing out on, because your users doesn't even bother any more..

    please listen:

    constructive feedback:
I’ve been using xd for 3 years now, both at work and private...
scaling problems are 45% why I’m now canceling subscription.
45% that there are no gradient, on borders and shadow colours..

searching for help online multiple times, made me feel like many others:
adobe = free from the start... now we want payment, for software that we dont want to bugfix or update with features..
same story with: indesign, photoshop, animate..

and what's with the insane price for acrobat.. plz stop milking that cow..

i feel left out on many other tools provided by other software to..

may i add that multiple times have i saved a project on adobe xd, and the next day it's gone.

and your helpdisk is like: uhhmm i... uhmmm...... sorry...

that they are incompetent, by printing 80% of all your support threads, and dumping them on there table.

maybe someone should start a foundraiser for that hahaha.

seriously.. if you had provided me with just one new tool og bug fix a year, i would have been loyal to ya'll the rest of my life..

at least some kind of progress tracker, for bugfix or features...
if i exsist plz start linking to it in these threads.
