    I believe it is safer to integrate a payment gateway because they provide some flexible, secure, and powerful APIs. You can also go with a secure payment processing platform Like SubscriptionFlow (https://www.subscriptionflow.com/recurring-payments/).

    PayPal, Stripe, GooglePay, PayStack, and other similar services are examples.

    It is recommended that you select the appropriate option based on your use case. Please research them all to learn about their prices.
