    Can we add this as a toggle on each layer inside of the component group? Then you can control which elements you want to remain linked to the default state and which should be overridden by changes in the child states.

    I would just like to add that when you are staring at a screen for hours on end, it can become pretty fatiguing. Often I find myself lowering the screen brightness as far as it can go, but for color accuracy some of my monitors need to be at max brightness. I know to Adobe this may seem like a "backlog" item, but to a lot of us daily industry users this is a MUST HAVE. I care far more about dark mode than I do any other additional features. You've gotten the software to a good point, now let's honor this 5 year old request before adding anything else. Make it happen please, please, please! Thank you!
