    Maybe what he wanted to say is to have a local file inside Adobe Cloud on your mobile device. when you open adobe XD on your mobile and choose XD Document from Creative Cloud that's the only time you have to sync the file. But what if your phone has no internet coz you are out of the office already. And another thing, syncing data in adobe cloud really slow. unlike dropbox.
