    You can, by accessing the link you create in Xd, and add it to your home screen (it's still just a »website« though).

    And Apple has made it a true nightmare to publish to the app store in the first place with all its signing and what have you. I see it impossible for Adobe to be able to bypass this hurdle from within Xd – unfortunately.
