The only way to achieve this would be to copy + paste the created wireframes/prototypes/flows into an alternative Adobe software like Indesign/Illustrator and then export from there. It seems illogical to say the least that you have to use other Adobe products to achieve simple 'export as one [file]' option. this should be the basic function of any software especially if other products created and managed by the same company already have that basic function....
It's mind boggling that as a brand there is not a standard that they're willing to hold themselves up to. This is a UX software for crying out loud. The fact that UX software has ALL the UX issues is the irony of all ironies. Adobe, if you're not sure how the basic UI/UX/Prototyping tool should function, kindly ask UI/UX experts or at the very least look at the competition and do at the very minimum the same.
