Rename file from window title bar
It would be useful to be able to rename the file by clicking on the filename at the top header of the window, rather than having to find it and do it in finder
(On Mac this is standard)

Window title bar should have some level of file-related actions. Renaming is nice, but a "right-clicking > open containing folder" is nicer.

Allow us to simply click the name of the doc within the header to change the name and save.
