Stacks should be able to grow up and to the left
The new stacking function is very good and complements the padding function.
However, on some occasions the direction of the stacks is not necessarily (from top to bottom) or (from left to right).
I believe that adding two more stack options: (from bottom to top) and (from right to left) can improve the creation of interfaces more easily.

This is a real ISSUE when it comes to languages that read right to left. Plus top right navs

I keep running into scenarios where it would be nice to allow right-to-left and bottom-to-top orientation of my stacks. I agree with comments below - this would make sense if it respected the responsive resize anchor options.

Please Adobe, make this happen as Thomas Dillan, suggested. Cheers.

I totally agree that this should be a feature, it's especially crucial for anyone working with RTL languages.
There's not even a need to add more buttons, just tap the vertical/horizontal stack button once select and the direction changes!
Agree with all the comments so far.
I had expected this to be a factor of the responsive resize and I'm very surprised that it is not.
If the elements in a group are set to be fixed right or fixed bottom, one would expect that the stacking would follow this logic and expand left or up accordingly.
I’m not sure if this function can change the direction. In short, I didn’t find it. The default direction is from left to right. If the direction can be changed, will it be better?

Actually, I'm looking for something different. Notice on the image that I need to pin the alignament on the right. This way I would like to have the chance to add new buttons to the stack and they be placed in the front of the stack, increasing the stack to the left. Did I made myself clear now?

The "Stack" feature added recently is very useful, it helps a lot when designing components, but it is still limited.
Today the default behavior is always to push the elements to the right, and this is not the correct thing every time.
The resource could have a way of defining which way the elements will be pushed, similar to the responsiveness control.
Example: In a navbar I have buttons that are fixed on the right, when updating the button text, alignment on the right is lost.
