Yeah, @Elaine, that still doesn't solve the problem. Files are still saved to the cloud as soon as they're created and then have to be deleted. This is a professional desktop app, not a browser-based collaboration tool. We should be able to use Adobe's cloud if our employers and workflows allow, not have it be a default we can't change, something we have to jump through hoops to avoid, and certainly not something that happens automatically when a document is created with no way to turn it off. This is creating all sorts of problems with my team. There needs to be the option to turn off cloud files and restore CMD+S to its standard behavior, and I would argue that this should be the default and cloud files should be opt-in rather than opt-out. It's an aggressively disrespectful dark pattern to coerce people into using Adobe's cloud.

But youve made this the default to save to the cloud. We are not permitted so I want to disable this feature of saving to the cloud completely on y machine. You can’t do that because you’re forcing people to save by default to the cloud.

This is also a massive problem for my team.

I have been using adobe XD since the project comet beta and I use it all day every day for work. With that said I think I have a good grasp of the program so here is my feedback so that no one can listen and it can be ignored.

Why is it a pain to save a file to the local drive now?
I know you guys want us on the cloud, but as we saw this week when your services go down the app completely stops working. Not all of us want to have our files save only on the cloud , XD used to have the option right up front to pick where the files save to , why did you guys make it more of a pain to figure this out in the newer versions of the app?

As we saw this week, adobe can go down, I think it’s absurd that you would force quit the app when it can’t connect to the web. We allay for this app and use it for work, please make the app work off line

Half pixels.
XD needs the option to force whole pixels for everything as a document preference. The times users need half pixels can’t possibly be more than the times when users need whole pixels. Object alining / snapping isn’t enough , it really needs to be at the doc level.

Please fix responsive resizing.
When this feature was first implemented it was fine, but now its more disruptive then helpful when making objects with text in them smaller.

Is there a setting in XD new version 29.0.23.13 or a preference to make Documents save by default locally. We work in a company where I'm not allowed to save company documents to Adobe's cloud. When I create a new document, it shows a little cloud icon in the title by default and now I need to manually re-save all documents back to local and then go to the cloud and deleted it there. This is so much additional work just to save a file? Why did Adobe force users to use this feature.
