Faster Update Links Option
The update/create prototype and design specs buttons work great however, the usage of them is tedious. Allowing the user to click one button to update all generated links for a document using only a single button would speed up prototype iterations significantly. I propose you include an "Update Links" button in the main UI that would update any created link automatically (once those links have been generated.

How is this still not present? This is specially relevant now that we have multiple flows for a single set of screens. We need an "Update all" button!

That would be really helpful. I used "Update Link" button very often and at the moment I have to make 3 clicks. Would be great to have this button on the top right corner.
However, the "invite to edit" button is not so important (for the frequency we use it) and could be removed fom the top.

Agreed! You could even add a simple UI change that gives user option to check which of the three links to update (sometimes you need to get feedback from a stakeholder before handing off revisions to devs). And If there are no existing links for a given option which means more input is required for preference to create the first link, then exclude it from the check list by greying it out. See mockup I created:
